Okay, you've upgraded, advertised, got traffic, now it's time to follow up. 
 
For those who enter your business at the $2.95 level. - The first thing is to make contact with them and Welcome themEmail or call (if calling you might choose to get your sponsor to do a 3 way call with you).  You can use FORM that we spoke of earlier to break the ice.  
 
Have them commit to listening to a Thursday New Members call or a recorded call.  Send them to this website to go thru the Success Steps (share with them an overview of this site).  Schedule a time to call/email them to review the conference call, their goals etc. 
 
If they haven't upgraded yet send them your "upgrade email" (see in sample emails) or something to that effect.  If they are serious business builders they will commit to working with you and will be eager to learn all they can about our (& now their) business. 
 
After they upgrade help them find their one.  Did they complete their goal sheet/marketing budget.  Help them advertise.  Have them call/email you on a regular basis as to what they're doing.  Help them stay focused.  Encourage them.  Work together to drive the line down.  This is an exciting part of the business.  I have made some wonderful new friendships. 
 
For those that don't respond to any correspondence, try periodically for the next month or so, but focus your energy on people who want to build a business.  If you need help from your sponsor let them know.

A sample conversation of what I might say:

Hi Lisa this is Julia with AB, how are you today?  I'm calling to see how I can help you get started.  Oh, is that little ones I hear in the back ground?  Yes I have two kiddos myself.  So, do you work outside the home?  What brings you to AB?  Thats one of my goals too.  What are you looking to accomplish?  Have you had a chance to look at steps 1-5?  No, well I tell you what do you think you can take a look at that this week.  Great, also let me give you our team website that will show you our step by step approach.  When can we get back together to discuss the steps and what you'll see on our webpage?  How about Fri, that way we can also discuss the conference call you listened to.  Great, I'll talk to you Friday at 1pm.  I'll send you an email with what we've spoke about as well.  Have a wonderful day, look at what we've discussed and I look forward to speaking with you Fri. at 1pm. 

If they have looked at links 1-5 the end of the conversation might be like this.  Great you've looked at steps 1-5, do you have any ?’s.  Off our team website I'd like for you to download our goal sheet and fill it out before(set follow up time).  Also on the website you'll notice our step by step approach which lays out exactly what to do every step of the way.  Did you get a chance to listen to any of our training calls?  The reason why it's beneficial for you to listen to the conference calls is it will help kick start your business in the most successful way possible.  You're able to learn from the best!  So, lets recap what are you going to do this week. (ie upgrade, permission emails, complete my goal sheet and put my marketing budget together, order GTT's, etc)  Sounds great.  Lets talk in a few days say Wed at 10am? 

                 Remember, your goal is to help your new upgraded member find their one person.  (find one to find one to find one)

           For those who have toured but haven't done anything else.  Your AB is sending them automated emails.  You also will want to send them an email or call them and just ask - did you know you can look at our business and get an awesome free product that will boost your energy for only $2.95?  If you're on the phone with them offer to walk thru the tour with them right then and there.  Basically, you're just curious why they haven't taken advantage of such a great offer.  They can't find a better deal than this.  You may also want to send them the "upgrade email".
