That's really it in a nutshell! Lets look at what goes on in each of the above.
Advertising:
See
link 5 in you AB back office. Match what fits your budget. Find out how your upline promotes. What is your sponsor doing? Is there
a co-op going on? The name of the game is to drive as much traffic to your site as you can. Remember, sometimes you have to shuck
a lot of claims to find the pearls, but they're out there. Let your sponsor know what you have in mind, and get advertising. Get your
URL out there.
Follow up:
Step 4 will cover this in depth. But I will say, get to know your team members. An easy method to use isFORM, which stands for:
F - Family, ask about their family & tell them about yours
O - Occupation, what do they do, time
committment, do they like it, if they could have any career what would it be
R - Recreation, what do they like to do for fun, if money
wasn't an object what would they like to do
M- Money, what do they desire to make in this business, what their goal
Working Together
as a Team:
As a team helping one another we will acheive so much more than trying to do it on our own. Success comes from helping
each other. We help each other by answering questions, offering to work on our teams behalf using our special talents, we do our part,
maybe participate in our teams co-op, encouraging one another to be on our training calls, we communicate with each other!
We also help each other by transferring sponsorship. A MUST READ is Matt Yonan's 3 Star Manual, this will explain how & why we
transfer. Basically, it's a great way to invest in your downline - it benefits your newly signed up member and at the same time benefits
you. Transferring sponsorship can be really key to your success. In a nutshell, you transfer your newly upgraded member to the last
qualified person in your leg. (Ask your sponsor, they will walk you right thru it, it's very simple)
So you've upgraded, what next?
ADVERTISE - ADVERTISE - ADVERTISE. You now have some traffic to your site now what.... Let's go to step 4.
