Awesome you’ve completed step 1.
Now I want you to think for a moment— Why did you sign up? What do you hope to accomplish?
Right now, don’t delay, take out a piece of paper and write your “WHY” down. For right now post your “WHY” where you can see
it all the time. I’ll give you an example, one of my husbands “why’s” is so he can work from home and invest more time with
his family. So, really know your “WHY”. If you need help contact your sponsor.
Once you have your “WHY” wrote out it will be important to set some goals so you can accomplish your “WHY”. Click on — Goal Sheet — , as this will take you to a goal sheet you can fill out.
When your writing your goals a helpful tip is to look at our pay plan at www.nutronixpayplan.com decide what level you want to accomplish and in what time frame. Let that guide you in creating your ultimate goal. Once you know your ultimate goal, then look at what you will need to do to get there. Break these goals down into what you what to acheive in 2 years and then break that down into monthly goals. For example, if your Ultimate goal is to reach 3 Star in two years then your “stepping stones to get there” as I call them, would be things like upgrade to Sr. in the next week, by the end of the month buy a set of GTTs— get the point. Decide what you can spend on Marketing. Any business whether it be brick & mortor or on the internet will not grow with out some type of advertising. We will touch on this in Step 3.
Contact your sponsor to brainstorm your goals or once you’ve completed your goals review them with your sponsor. By doing this is will benefit you, because your sponsor will see you’re a serious business builder and they will do all they can to help you succeed.
